All enrollments are non-refundable once registration is complete. However, students may request a one-time reschedule to a future date by providing at least 7 days’ notice prior to the original start date. Reschedule requests made within 7 days of the original start date will still be honored, provided that the new training date is scheduled within 30 days of the request. Exceptions may be made in cases of extenuating circumstances, subject to availability and approval. No-shows without prior notice will result in forfeiture of tuition.
